STORE PICK UP ID REQUIREMENTS
Photo ID (+ credit card used for payment if applicable) is required for collection.
Please bring a valid Australian photo ID. For payments made via credit card, we need to see the physical card to proceed with the collection of your order. If Photo ID and/or credit card required are unavailable, we will not release goods under any circumstances. Copies and photos of ID are not acceptable, proof must be original.
Due to the increase in online fraud these steps are to protect your security and ours. This requirement is non-negotiable.
