The team at Suspension Supplies Australia understands that sometimes things ordered aren’t suitable or different than expected, and in this case please GET IN TOUCH with a sales team member and notified them to goods being returned. Any goods for return must be accompanied by a “Request for Credit” form which has been authorized by Suspension Supplies Australia. All returns will incur a 10% handling fee. Any returns are to be within 21 days of invoice date and freight must be prepaid. You can read our TERMS & CONDITIONS of sale for more detail. Freight: Please note our freight carriers offer one complimentary delivery/attempt if you are not present to accept the delivery you will have to arrange collection from the freight depot or cover the cost for a re-delivery.
